Why is the moss brown when I receive the product?
When you receive the product, the moss may appear brown because it has been in a dormant state during storage and transportation. This is normal. Simply connect the unit to power and switch to plant mode; the moss will gradually turn green.
Why did the moss turn brown during use?
Prolonged exposure to strong direct light can cause the moss to turn brown. This is normal. Move the unit to a place with weaker or indirect light and wait a few days.
How often does the moss need to be replaced?
When the moss is healthy and in a normal state, it does not need to be replaced. If there is extensive shedding, wilting, or disease spots, it is recommended to replace the moss.
Does room temperature affect the growth of the moss?
No, it doesn’t. If the room temperature drops below 0°C (32°F) or rises above 50°C (122°F), the moss will enter a dormant state and stop growing. Other temperatures do not affect it. The optimal indoor temperature is between 10-25°C (50-77°F).
